Travel Vaccines
Travel vaccines and preventative medicines are often necessary to
ensure you have a safe and healthy trip when traveling to foreign
countries or sometimes within the United States you may require
special medical care. Dr. Engelhard is very familiar with requirements
for travel to many destinations in the world. He is kept up to date
with the latest information from the Centers for Disease Control
(CDC).Apex is a certified Yellow Fever Vaccine Center and offers
a full range of vaccines and medications used in travel medicine
such as yellow fever, hepatitus A and hepatitus B, along with appropriate
documentation for you to take on your journey. We do not charge
for an office consultation, simply for the vaccines and medications
you may need. For extended overseas trips, we recommend a visit
at least 2 months prior to your expected travel date.
