Life in the twenty-first century is hectic and unhealthy, at best.

Dr. Engelhard will sit down with you and evaluate many aspects of
your lifestyle, including diet, exercise, general medical conditions,
time management, and psychological health. Together, you will develop
and implement a plan of gradual changes to allow you to reach your
goals. Perhaps you will start with a small change in your diet and
gentle hormone therapy. The next month you may change your exercise
routine to maximize your benefits in the minimum time. Is it time
to have that eye exam that you've been putting off for years? Have
you ignored your blood pressure? Perhaps your vaccines need to be
brought up to date. That deep line across your forehead has always
bothered you...let's treat it! Are you always tired? Maybe you simply
